Our products are manufactured in three separate buildings. Our pasta is safe from any cross-contamination, as it is made in a dedicated building, on exclusive equipment. For our pizza and cookie dough products, we have chosen to partner with world-class facilities where we utilize shared equipment. All of the buildings are SQF certified (meaning that we adhere to strict and rigorous food safety standards, making the cleaning between different cookie batches thorough), and are SQF re-certified on an annual basis.
