How Do Orders Ship?

Thank you for your interest in placing an order with Cappello’s! We deliver to your home or business (just not to P.O. boxes) via FedEx or UPS Ground. We ship our products in a cooler box, with enough dry ice to ensure that your products arrive in frozen condition, within the time frame it's supposed to arrive. We currently ship throughout the United States via FedEx Ground, which generally delivers in 1-3 days. Currently, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally. 

NOTE:

• Orders placed will ship within 5-7 days, with an expected delivery of 2- 4 days after your order ships. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
